CLOSE ALL BROWSERS TABS BEFORE STARTING THESE STEPS
#1 Click on the Login menu item as shown circled in red
#2 Click on Request new password as shown circled in red
#3 Enter EITHER your "username" your used when you created your account OR your email address.
After completing step #1 above you will receive an email with a link. Go to your email and look for an email with the subject "Replacement login information for ...". If your email program supports links you may click on the link and proceed to step #3.
Several members have reported that the email goes into their spam folder. If you do not see the email in your main inbox make sure you also check your spam folder.
If your email program does NOT support links you will have to manually copy-and-paste the entire link ( in the example highlighted in red) to your web browser, then proceed to step #3
After using the link in step #2, in your browser you will see a page as shown here in the example. Follow the instructions as shown.
This will allow you to login ONLY ONE TIME. If you do not complete the remainder of the steps below now, the next time you try and login yu must start by requesting a new password again.
|NOTE: You must agree to the "Code of Ethics" each year. If you have not agreed to the "Code of Ethics" this year, the site will make you do it at this point, WHICH WILL INTERRUPT the password reset. After agreeing to the Code of Ethics, you will have to restart the password reset process starting at Step 1 above.|
As the page instructs (highlighted in yellow) change your password. If you proceed to other pages without changing your password now, you will have to repeat the process beginning at step #1. The link in the email (step #2) will not work again, your will have to repeat step #1 to received another link.
Scroll down to the password fields as shown.
Enter anything your would like for your new password. You must enter your new password twice (as highlighted in red).
Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save. If you do not save your password you will have to repeat the process beginning at step #1 above.
|REMINDER: When logging in you must use the USERNAME you selected NOT your email address.|
